盧卯旺教授

一、個人簡介

盧卯旺,男,漢族,湖南江永人,中共黨員,博士、二級教授、碩士生導師(物理學專業)、博士生導師及博士後合作導師(材料科學與工程專業)、主要研究方向為低維半導體結構與器件。湖南省高等學校物理學學科帶頭人,首屆廣西自然科學基金專家委員會委員。2003年獲中國科學院固體物理研究所凝聚态物理博士學位,先後主持國家自然科學基金項目4項、廣西自然科學基金等省部級科研項目6項。近來以第一作者或通信作者發表學術論文100多篇,出版學術專著1部(獨著),獲廣西自然科學獎(排名第1)。
