劉曉斌(副教授)

一、個人簡介
劉曉斌,男,博士、副教授、碩士生導師、主要研究方向為先進電子材料與器件及其人工智能應用。電子元器件關鍵材料與技術專委會成員。2017年獲西安交通大學博士學位,先後主持廣西自然科學基金等省部級科研項目2項。近來以第一作者或通信作者發表學術論文10多篇。
