肖劍榮(教授)

一、個人簡介
肖劍榮,男,博士、教授、碩士生導師,主要研究方向為半導體薄膜物理、新型儲能材料與器件。兼任廣西本科高校物理學類教學指導委員會委員,廣西物理學會第十三屆理事會副理事長,桂林理工大學應用物理學專業(國家一流專業建設點)負責人,電子元器件關鍵材料與技術專業委員會常務委員。擔任Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of alloys & compounds、Thin solid Films等學術期刊論文審稿人。近年來,主持完成國家、省自然科學基金等科研項目10餘項,目前,現主持在研國家自然科學基金和省重點實驗室科研項目各1項。以第一或通訊作者在Journal of Materials Science & Technology、Electrochimica Acta、Diamond & Related Materials、物理學報等國内外學術期刊上發表SCI/EI收錄論文100餘篇,申請發明專利10餘項(授權6項),出版學術專著2部。主持及參與省級教改項目5項,發表教改論文10餘篇,獲省級教學成果一、二、三等獎共5項,主編教材6部/套。近年來,承擔《固體物理學基礎》、《應用物理學專業導論》、《固體理論》和《納米材料物理進展》等課程教學工作,指導本科生參加競賽獲國家級獎項2項、學生第一作者發表SCI/北大核心期刊學術論文5篇。
